Mission - My mission is to provide a personalized professional musical service at a reasonable cost to all my clients, aiming to please and satisfy your highest expectations of music, thus contributing to the anticipated success of their activities, music arrangements or music education.

 Vision - Consolidated as the first option when you need music services in Puerto Rico.

Quality Policy - My commitment to my clients in addition to fulfilling their expectations of music is to provide an environment of respect, punctuality, service and honesty in compliance with the Canons of Ethics to govern the profession of music in Puerto Rico.

Our Creed

We believe our first responsibility is our customers, people or companies who wish live music for their activities, musicians who require some musical arrangement or track, and students looking to start piano lessons or improve their musicianship.

Our most valued customers who desire live music are: engaged couples, teenagers, public and private companies, social clubs, fraternities, restaurants, hotels, event planners in general, or people who simply want to brighten up their activity to please the guests and contribute to its success. As for music tracks or arrangements, our customers are: singers or musicians looking for some track, composers who want computerized arrangements of their music as well as institutions such as churches, schools, bands, orchestras and universities who would like arrangements for their respective groups.

That is why we seek each day the professionalism of our work as follows: updating our repertoire, studying our instruments to improve our service, purchasing quality equipment and instruments, attending seminars and workshops to help us strengthen our relationship with our customers, responding promptly to every quote request via email or phone, being punctual at each event or musical work (musical arrangement or track), fully compliant with all of our promises and satisfying every musical petition previously requested.

Finally, we know and understand the great influence music has globally speaking, touching emotions, thoughts and ideas which in turn stimulate the making of decisions of political and religious proportions, as well as personal decisions of individuals. That is why our expertise is in Christian and secular music that does not insult, utters profanity or has a double meaning against any individual or group in general.

We believe that music should be pleasant, does not interrupt our clients and their guests and exceeds the expectations of everyone present. That is why our motto is "Flooding Grace In Your Ears" and every day we try harder to fulfill our quality policy for this purpose. Finally, we believe in maintaining fair and competitive prices to satisfy our customers and paying the hard work of our musicians. We believe that by keeping our creed and promoting our values as musicians we meet the needs of our customers while positioning ourselves in a competitive market such as the music industry in Puerto Rico.
